Other Fees

Fees will be payable for Planning and/or Building Control Applications to the relevant Statutory Authorities. 

Depending on the type, size and complexity of your project other third party fees may need to be considered, such as:

• Structural Engineer
• Mechanical & Electrical Planner (MEP)
• Any other Specialist Consultant or Contractor
